Divine Service 10:00 AM

Sunday School and Bible Class 9:00 AM

The Lord’s Supper is celebrated at Hope in the confession and confidence that, as our Lord himself declares in Holy Scripture, we receive his true body and blood in, with, and under the bread and wine to eat and drink for the forgiveness of our sins, life, and salvation (Mk 14:22-24; Matt 26:26-29; Lk 22:17-20).

Because those who eat and drink our Lord’s body and blood unworthily do so to their great harm (1 Cor 11:17-34) and because Holy Communion is a confession of the unity of our faith (Acts 2:42; 1 Cor 10:17), Hope Lutheran practices Closed Communion in obedience to God's Word.

All visitors wishing to receive Holy Communion must first speak with Pastor Beckwith (1 Cor 4:1; Heb 13:17).
